Escalation Procedures

As with many monitoring services, you may want to control who gets a notification first (First Line Support) and after a period of time of no resolution, a second notification (Management, 2nd Line Support).

In the CheckMyBox system this is wholly controlled by groups. Groups can be set to receive notifications at different tolerance levels. i.e. Group1 may be notified after 10 minutes, but Group2 may be notified after 30 minutes if the server is still offline.

CheckMyBox does not limit the amount and combination of groups giving you the freedom to create as complex a monitoring setup as you require!
