How much does CheckMyBox cost?

CheckMyBox works on a flat price per port per month. The price depends on the monitoring interval that is chosen.

Monitoring Interval?

CheckMyBox's array of global robots will periodically check the chosen port or service on your system. You can choose between 1,2,5,10 and 15 minute intervals. Naturally, the shorter the monitoring interval, the more accurate CheckMyBox is and the sooner you can be notified about any issues.

How Many People can monitor?

CheckMyBox does not limit the amount of Contacts, and subsequently Groups that can monitor your services. There are no additional charges for adding further contacts in any way shape or form. You can customise all sorts of notification and escalation scenarios through the use of groups and tolerance (time before notifications are sent to a group). Make it as simple or as complex as you want!

Adding & Removing CheckMyBox subscriptions?

CheckMyBox fully appreciates that you may wish to add & remove servers, ports, or indeed adjust the monitoring interval. The control panel can make these changes instantly. The price paid for the 'month' or period of your choice will automatically be adjusted on the fly. CheckMyBox calculates the usage of the account on a daily basis.

CheckMyBox Plan Prices

This additional redundancy makes CheckMyBox an excellent replacement for systems such as NAGIOS, which is used for monitoring corporate (cisco, HP) networks.

Any Hidden Costs?

The only additional cost CheckMyBox charges for is SMS messages. As with changes made to the subscriptions, should the 'group' monitoring the subscription have SMS messaging enabled, CheckMyBox will debit 10pence per message from the account balance. Depending on the amount of messages sent, this may affect the expiry date of the account.
