CheckMyBox can notify contacts with SMS messages when a website or service is offline. Naturally, with the power of the group system, users can configure 1st line support staff to receive SMS notifications initially, and then follow up with email to managers some time later. All fully configurable!
SMS messages cost 10 pence per message (exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate) outside of the inclusive allowance of 20 messages.
